UX Enhancements

Exchange design is a very novel design, including Ul/UX interaction, the first purpose of interaction must be to facilitate users, so thatusers can have a better experience, if users use the website, theexperience is not good, or the process of use is very inconvenient, lthink this is the problem of interaction designers. As a student ofinteraction design and future interaction designer, I think it isnecessary for us to learn this course well.

At the intersection of user experience and interfaceaesthetics, one of the core elements of a web page orapplication design is page layout. lt is a key means tobuild user navigation paths, guide visual focus flow, andoptimize function presentation, and occupies a crucialposition in the interaction design process

Fig 1.2 cover 2

First understand its importance: A good page layout not only improves the user's efficiencybut also helps them quickly understand and absorb the content through a clear hierarchyof information, thus forming a qood first impression and enhancing the overall appeal ofthe product. lt determines how users perceive the complexity of the product . a clutteredlayout can make simple tasks tedious: On the contrary, the logical and concise layout canmake the complex operation process appear easy

I opened the official websiteof sports brand nike, readyto analyze itscharacteristics,l think this isa very representative brandand page. The first feelingof entering the page is fullof sports and the feeling ofQing Cun. This is unique tonike, and as a well-knownsports brand it gives peoplea neat feeling from manysmall details.

This interface mainly useswhite, gray and the themecolor fluorescent green, in myimpression few people cancontrol this color, in fact, it isalso the brand to tell usersthat consumers are a verysmall number of high-qualityusers.

Looking at the whole page, l think whether it is the poster or the layoutor the proportion of the interface, it is perfect and impeccable, and it isnecessary to place your own brand logo in the most prominent place

Consistent UI/UX rules across the entire application or website are essential. Including but not limited to color schemes, font sizes, button styles, etc., need to be consistent and recognizable, which can effectively reduce learning costs and improve user satisfaction.

Fig 1.4 Get help
I found that there is a very serious problem, the layout and layout structure and other color collocation is no problem. However, I think the ui design of contacting staff is not good, because every time I look for customer service, I cannot find the staff to communicate with them at the first time. I have to find the customer service at the upper right corner, click in, and then find the human customer service to choose whether to call or contact the wechat public account, and it is not 24 hours, I think this design is very inconvenient. If it is a foreign friend in China, there is no way to find customer service without wechat, or some old people can not find customer service through wechat.
Fig 1.5 The problem
The product manager is responsible for business objectives, functional business, etc., while the interaction designer is responsible for user experience, and should think about how to do interaction design from the perspectives of logic, details, emotion, creativity, interface, etc. UI designer is responsible for the beautiful interface design of the product, but no matter the product manager or interaction designer, Or UI designers, can not be fully immersed in their own professional field, to coordinate the relationship between each other, too immersed in their own professional field, while ignoring the relationship with other, will also become a major obstacle to the success of the product.

FEEDBACK

I think the interface and brand I chose are very distinctive, but even such a large sports brand has interaction problems, which we need to pay attention to. I think its interface design color matching is very in place, but I think it is still not enough, because the web customer service is not prominent enough and convenient enough, you can directly jump to the web page. But to jump to wechat to contact customer service, I think such a problem should not appear.

REFLECTION

This assignment is also very interesting, so that we learned a lot from it, such as how to typeset the page, how to match the color of the page, the size of the picture interpenetration, the cleanliness of the interface, which are very important, can seriously affect a user's Internet experience.
