【Stop Motion Animation Short Film】Brown Forest 

Pretty Chicken LEGO Stop Motion

Of the three stop-motion animations, the second one is my favorite, Brown Forest,The details shown in the intermediate frames, the use of stretch and compressed to change the shape of the clay is stunning. It makes the motion of the object looks realistic and dynamic. 

The whole stop-motion animation is very interesting, just over two minutes is the production of several hours of work, which is very difficult, and then we will also challenge stop-motion animation, I think it is very interesting.

Final Project: Stop Motion

Finally, I want to make a stop-motion animation about animals. At present, I am sure that the protagonist is a deer, and then there are about seven scenes, including snow, grassland, road, plain, forest and mountain.

The main story is the adventure of a deer.

Process

I decided to make a story about an animal that had something to do with it, probably a deer as the main character, with appropriate supporting characters, and the deer exploring all over the world, having adventures all over the world, going through dangerous jungles, dense forests, flying through endless heights, climbing high mountains, and ice skating in extremely cold places.

WEEK10

Specific Feedback:After class, I tried it, and I could achieve the same effect, but the hand in my picture was small, and there was a little blue edge, which was a little problem, a little flaw, but I think it did not affect the overall effect.

General Feedback: In class this week, the teacher taught us how to use AE to make the effect of removing the parts other than the hands and then flicking the characters in the picture with our fingers.

WEEK11

Specific Feedback:I want to make a stop-motion animation about animals. At present, I am sure that the protagonist is a deer, and then there are about seven scenes, including snow, grassland, road, plain, forest and mountain.The main story is the adventure of a deer.

General Feedback: In class we prepare everyone's final work stop-motion animation in the photography studio.

WEEK12

Specific Feedback:I plan to make an appointment with Mr.Martin at the studio next Friday. I need to use the flash and desk of the studio to complete my homework. I need to do every detail well. I would bring my own phone stand and shoot everything that morning and then go back to editing.

General Feedback: I've done all the pre-work for stop-motion animation this week.

WEEK13

Specific Feedback:I finished all the work, and in the last stop-motion animation, I set seven scenes, each of which has its own characteristics. The protagonist is a deer, who has traveled the world through its perspective. He has skated, taken a hot air balloon, traveled to farther places by himself, warmed himself in the forest, and climbed mountains. Free to live for yourself.

General Feedback: This week is the last week of the semester, I have finished all my homework, I think every homework is very interesting.

REFLECTION

This semester is the first time for me to learn courses related to video and sound, and the whole experience is very good. Mr.Martin is the most patient and careful teacher I have ever seen, and he gives me a very warm feeling. I still remember that at the first class, he asked everyone where they were from, everyone introduced their hometown, and asked me whether I knew their native language. I also praise my shoes look good, I like this way of class chat at the same time, it is not lack of professional investigation.

In the next class, the teacher will ask us questions about the last class, such as what the scene is, and help me answer some profound questions. I will also show the shot to the teacher, and the teacher will give me suggestions after reading the shot. From preparation to acting, shooting and editing by ourselves, we will complete everything by ourselves, which is the first time for me to experience the feeling of making a film. Thank you very much for Mr.Martin's help. I will work harder in the next semester and the semester after that.
